ARMSTRONG/WEATHERLY ASSOCIATES COVID-19 RESPONSE
We hope that you, your families, employees, and companies are weathering the current circumstances associated with the COVID-19 virus. Today, we wanted to update you on Armstrong/Weatherly’s status, and that of the manufacturers we represent.
ARE WE OPEN?
Armstrong/Weatherly remains open and fully operational while all our staff is working remotely to service your needs. Our warehouse in Houston remains fully operational during this time. Since our industry falls under necessary services, we are in this for the long haul with you to make sure your needs are taken care of.
WHAT ARE WE DOING TO COMBAT THE SPREAD OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS
Effective immediately all staff are working remotely. All phone lines will be rolled over to the appropriate staff member, so you continue to receive the same level of service you have come to expect from us.
Canceling/prohibiting all in-person contact vendor/customer meetings, promotions or events (in or outside our facilities) until further notice. All business correspondence will need to be done so safely and responsibly via video/audio calls or email.
We are taking preventative steps to keep our offices and warehouse disinfected from any virus.
WHAT ARE OUR MANUFACTURERS DOING DURING THIS TIME
Our manufacturers continue to operate their businesses. We’ve spoken to many of them over the past few days, and they are taking similar steps to protect the health and safety of their factory workers, believing their production is critical to infrastructure support during this crisis.
WILL MY FILL RATE BE AFFECTED?
At this time, we are unsure whether we’ll face a change in our daily fill rate due to a lot of uncertainty throughout the globe, but we will continue to do everything we can to keep your projects moving forward without backorders and will keep you informed should we see a change. Again, most of the manufacturers we deal with are continuing operations, keeping in mind the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization and the US Centers for Disease Control.
HOW CAN I STAY UP TO DATE ON POTENTIAL CHANGES IN ARMSTRONG/WEATHERLY’S BUSINESS OPERATION AND COVID-19?
As the situation continues to evolve rapidly, we will do our part to keep all our partners updated via our website, email, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) should any of our business operations be affected. In the meantime, we remain hopeful and dedicated to providing the same level of service you have come to expect from a partnership with Armstrong/Weatherly.
Our Armstrong/Weatherly and Associates family thanks you for your continued support, and wishes you and your family good health. We can get through this together. Stay strong.
