At Armstrong/Weatherly, we partner with the best products in our industry. This months spotlight is on Transvac Ejector Solutions. Transvac is a privately owned Ejector Specialist company formed in 1973.

MANUFACTURING

As both a designer and a manufacturer of Ejectors, Transvac has full in-house control over process and mechanical design, supply of raw materials, manufacturing, scheduling and testing. All products are custom designed to suit the process and mechanical requirements of each application to ensure maximum operating efficiency. Transvac offers standard and exotic materials of construction including Hastelloy, Graphite, PTFE, Duplex, Titanium and other materials.

Transvac are continually investing in their manufacturing capabilities and have recently installed a brand new hydro-test bay and state-of-the-art spray room, allowing more testing to be done in house, and paint spraying can now include much larger Ejectors, all year round.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Transvac has a fully registered Quality Management System complying with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015. Their objective is to ensure that all goods and services are supplied in accordance with the client's specified requirements.

Transvac is also fully accredited to module H of the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive – EU standard). We are also a member of 1st Point Assessment, Supplier No. 44491 and Achilles I.D. 25938.

Standard Transvac Ejectors are designed and manufactured in accordance with recognized national and international design codes such as ASME VIII Div. 1, PD5500, ASME B31.3, Stoomwezen etc. with full non-destructive testing.
